Often a life-crisis will trigger a need for extra support, or may bring up feelings or memories that it would be helpful to explore in more depth. Sometimes people come to counselling because they feel they are at an impasse in their lives, or going through a life-change, and want to explore what might come next. Or we may feel overwhelmed by family or work issues, for example, and want a safe space to talk about how these issues are affecting our lives. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. As a counsellor my aim is to support you in working with what can be complex life issues and feelings, and to enable you to make choices that are right for you, thus hopefully enhancing the capacity to live life more fully.

If you are looking for a counsellor in South East London, I see clients at my home which is within walking distance of Dulwich Village, and within easy reach of East Dulwich, Brixton, Tulse Hill, West Norwood, Camberwell, and Peckham. I am 5 minutes walk from the number 37 bus, 10 minutes from the 68 and 468 and from Herne Hill train station, and about 15 minutes from North Dulwich train station. There is parking space for clients coming by car.
